Candidates

ATeam Recruitment uses Thomas’ Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) to assess our candidates.

PPA assesses an individual’s behaviour in the work environment. It can answer questions as to a candidate’s strengths and limitations. Are they self starters? How do they communicate? What motivates them?

PPA enables people to become more self aware, which in turn gives them the means to consolidate their working strengths and compensate for their limitations.

PPA is a series of 24 questions on a forced choice ‘first impressions’ basis, taking no longer than five minutes to complete. The answers are charted on a graph under four headings of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance.

People can come across very differently at an interview; they put on a mask they cannot then sustain in the job role. PPA allows us to get to know a candidate quickly and removes any niggling doubts. We profile our candidates to find out what makes them tick behaviourally.
